3. Business, seller, and provider responsibilities

Businesses, sellers, and providers must publish clear and truthful names, descriptions, prices, fees, availability, fulfilment details, response expectations, refund or cancellation information, and contact details where required. Do not list illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, misleading, discriminatory, or infringing products, services, events, or claims.

4. Customer, requester, buyer, and attendee responsibilities

Review the relevant business, product, service, event, price, fee, cancellation, and delivery details before committing. Provide accurate request, booking, payment, delivery, attendance, and project information. Do not misuse disputes, chargebacks, reviews, messages, or support channels.

5. Communication and conduct

Messages, requests, reviews, feedback, comments, files, and support interactions must be respectful, lawful, and relevant. Harassment, threats, hate speech, spam, fraud, impersonation, malware, credential requests, and attempts to bypass platform rules are not allowed.

6. Privacy and private content

Do not access, collect, copy, publish, sell, or misuse another user's private information, messages, files, order details, invoice details, project content, attendee records, or account data unless a platform feature and applicable law clearly permit it.

7. Reviews, feedback, and public content

Public content must be honest, relevant, and based on genuine experience where applicable. Do not publish fake reviews, misleading claims, private personal information, confidential information, or content designed to manipulate search, ratings, visibility, or trust.

8. Reporting problems
