3. Marketplace responsibilities

HubPage provides tools for business profiles, products, services, requests, projects, events, communication, orders, invoices, and related workflows. Businesses, sellers, providers, customers, attendees, and project participants remain responsible for the information they provide and the commitments they make.

4. Products, services, events, and requests

Listings, prices, availability, locations, delivery details, service scope, event capacity, cancellation terms, and response expectations must be clear, accurate, and lawful. Users must not publish misleading, unsafe, fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing content.

5. Payments, subscriptions, refunds, and cancellations

Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers. Prices, fees, currency, billing periods, subscription restrictions, renewal details, and cancellation paths should be reviewed before purchase or commitment. Refunds, cancellations, disputes, chargebacks, and service disagreements are handled according to the applicable seller terms, platform rules, payment provider rules, and Australian law.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including applicable consumer guarantees.

7. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant HubPage the rights needed to host, display, process, moderate, and share that content for the platform features you use. Do not upload content unless you have the rights and permissions required to do so.

8. Privacy and data protection

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Do not collect, copy, disclose, or misuse another user's personal information except where the platform feature and applicable law permit it.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, listings, orders, events, projects, messages, or other content where needed to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, respond to abuse, or preserve platform integrity.

10. Security reports

Report security or privacy weaknesses through the security reporting page. Do not access, change, copy, or disclose data that does not belong to you.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use of HubPage after an update means you accept the updated terms.
